Bringing together women leaders from across Canada annually, The Women’s Summit aims to inspire, connect, and empower women to unlock their full potential.

In its inaugural year, the event’s organizers engaged Syntax in a collaborative creative process to develop a distinct and sophisticated brand identity, event logo, and visual direction that reflected the Summit’s mission.

The final identity featured sleek, contemporary design elements and a refined palette that embodied confidence, ambition, and connection. Our team designed a custom event website that served as the central hub for registration, programming, and updates. This was complemented by a full suite of promotional materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, and video content, to elevate awareness and engagement. On the day of the event, cohesive visual design elements from large-format signage and wayfinding to digital screens and presentation templates brought the brand identity to life.

Our seamless branding strategy enhanced the participant experience — from initial awareness of the Summit through to connection and attendance — and positioned The Women’s Summit as a polished, professional, and empowering event, laying the foundation for continued growth and lasting impact.
