Ottawa Valley Grain Products (OVGP) is a century-old, family-owned agricultural business rooted in quality, community, and innovation. With a desire to honour the company’s history while positioning it for the future, OVGP partnered with Syntax to lead a full strategic rebrand.
Our work began with a comprehensive brand and communications strategy, followed by a complete redesign of OVGP’s visual identity and online presence. The redesigned OVGP website featured custom photography, engaging infographics, and clear, accessible content, supported by a new logo, typography, and colour palette that reflected the company’s proud heritage and modern direction. To ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint, Syntax reimagined OVGP’s product packaging and employee uniforms, and complemented these with a line of branded merchandise, including an annual harvest t-shirt.
Our strategy included community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand recognition, including experiential marketing and on-site events that featured a custom event tent and collateral. To keep OVGP products in the minds of consumers, our creative team produced a series of marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and video content, and helped the company grow its digital reach through tailored campaigns.
OVGP emerged from its collaboration with Syntax with a refreshed, cohesive brand that celebrates its agricultural legacy, embraces its innovation, and grows with it into the future.
